Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Consumer: The natural person who is not acting in the course of a trade, business, or profession and who concludes a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

  • Digital Product: Any electronically delivered product (such as software, e-books, courses, templates, or other digital content) that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

  • Entrepreneur: LN ENTREPRISES LIMITED, operating under the trade name Flavourvault, offering digital products to consumers at a distance.

  • Distance Contract: A contract concluded between Flavourvault and the consumer without physical interaction, using one or more means of remote communication.

  • Cooling-off Period: Not applicable to digital products as per Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

  • Right of Withdrawal: Not applicable to digital products due to the immediate nature of delivery.

  • General Terms and Conditions: The current terms and conditions governing all purchases of digital products from Flavourvault.


Article 2 - Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every purchase of digital products from Flavourvault.

By purchasing a digital product, the consumer agrees to these terms and waives any right to withdrawal, refunds, or returns as per Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and relevant international consumer laws concerning digital content.

If the contract is concluded electronically, these terms will be provided electronically in a way that allows for storage and future reference.

Article 4 - The Offer

  • The description of digital products is as accurate as possible to enable informed purchasing decisions.

  • All prices are listed clearly, including applicable taxes where required.

  • By completing a purchase, the consumer acknowledges that they are buying a non-refundable, non-returnable digital product.

  • Any technical requirements (such as software compatibility) will be provided in the product description.


Article 5 - The Contract & Payment

  • The contract is concluded upon successful payment of the digital product.

  • Flavourvault reserves the right to refuse orders due to suspected fraud, unauthorized reselling, or payment issues.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout; no deferred payments or installment plans are available unless explicitly stated.


Article 6 - Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered via email or an online download link immediately upon successful payment.

  • The consumer is responsible for providing a valid email address.

  • The purchase is considered final and delivered upon granting access to the product.

  • If the consumer does not receive access to the product within 24 hours, they must contact customer support.


Article 7 - No Right of Withdrawal, Returns, or Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. The consumer waives any right of withdrawal upon purchase.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not possible once access to the digital product has been provided.

  • If the consumer experiences technical issues accessing the product, Flavourvault will provide reasonable support but is not liable for software incompatibilities.


Article 8 - Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All digital products remain the intellectual property of Flavourvault.

  • The consumer receives a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased product.

  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


Article 9 - Warranty & Liability

  • Flavourvault guarantees that digital products will function as described, provided the consumer meets the stated technical requirements.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse, modification, or unauthorized distribution of the digital product.

  • Flavourvault is not responsible for damages caused by third-party software, system incompatibility, or incorrect usage by the consumer.

  • Support is limited to technical access issues only.


Article 10 - Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.

  • Flavourvault aims to resolve complaints within 14 days.

  • If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they will be subject to legal resolution under applicable laws.


Article 11 - Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data provided during purchase will only be used for order fulfillment and customer support.

  • Flavourvault complies with GDPR and relevant privacy laws regarding consumer data protection.


Article 12 - CESOP Compliance

  • In accordance with the 2024 Amendment of the Turnover Tax Act 1968 and CESOP regulations, Flavourvault acknowledges that payment service providers may register transactions in the European CESOP system.


Final Provisions

By completing a purchase, the consumer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Flavourvault reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon publication on the website.
